2. Founding Member Program (The "First 100")

To support our early community, we offer a Founding Member status to the first 100 verified sellers who list an item on the platform.

• The Benefit: Founding Members are entitled to 0% Platform Commissions for the lifetime of their account.
• Good Standing: To maintain this 0% rate, accounts must remain in "Good Standing." We reserve the right to revoke Founding Member status if a user violates community guidelines, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to circumvent the platform to avoid processing fees.
• Non-Transferable: This status is tied to the original account holder and cannot be sold or transferred.

3. Fees and Payments

Sellers who are not part of the Founding 100 program are subject to our standard 10% Platform Commission. All users, including Founding Members, are responsible for third-party payment processing fees (currently 2.9% + 30¢ via Stripe).

4. Tax Responsibility

Sellers are the "Sellers of Record" for all transactions. BuyAndSellItems.com is a platform provider and does not calculate, collect, or remit sales tax on your behalf. By listing an item, you agree that your listed price is inclusive of all applicable taxes and that you are solely responsible for remitting those taxes to the appropriate authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, is the property of BuyAndSellItems.com and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. User Submissions

When you submit information through our website, you represent that the information is accurate. We reserve the right to remove or ignore any submissions that appear to be spam or malicious.
